HOLIDAY DIY: GINGER MOLASSES COOKIES

For the past few years, my husband, brothers, cousins, and I have gathered a few days before Christmas to make gingerbread houses. Everyone tries to find clever ways to make their gingerbread houses stand out or stand in general sometimes even using power tools. The gingerbread always smells amazing baking in the oven, but the pieces tend to be more functional than delicious. I was excited when I came across my old Ginger Molasses Cookie recipe that tastes just as delicious as it smells. Finally a cookie that is perfectly spiced, balanced, and buttery. For my batch I used Ener-G Egg Replacer because I am allergic to eggs. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
