These Wings Print
These Wings is about the duality of motherhood. Motherhood for me has been like suddenly having butterfly wings. There is so much joy and beauty, but it can be harder to move through the world because the wings are loud and knock things over sometimes.
A new chapter can feel like wearing a mosaic of beauty, magic, and new perspectives but can also carry the discomfort of trying to fit into old places with new wings. The butterfly wings shapes came from abstracting my daughter's ultrasounds.
