SHIPPING

Well-Loved uses USPS to ship all packages, most packages are shipped using Priority Mail. Products that are already made have a “ADD TO CART” button and products that are made to order have a “PRE-ORDER” button and in the description is the current lead time.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on products that show no signs of use. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.  If we made a mistake or the product arrived damaged, let us know immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If your package is lost, we must wait 21 days for US orders and 45 days for international to begin a claim. Once a claim has been resolved, a new item will be created and shipped at no cost to you. Well-Loved reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet our return policy.
